Search Building Permits NOTICES The enactment and adoption of House Bill 493, also known as the "Private Permitting Review and Inspection Act", provides local procedures for the evaluation of permit applications and the completeness of submittals, along with other purposes. Through the implementation of a detailed checklist and affidavit, the legislation mandates the acknowledgement and communication of application completeness to the permit applicant. NOTE : Applications that do not provide adequate documentation and/or required materials will be noted as incomplete and may result in delays in the processing of the application. Incomplete submittals can no longer be accepted into the permitting process and will be returned to the applicant until all required submittals are received.
